from functional silos to driver based planning
In just six months, I managed a strategic project within a global organization to develop a driver-based model for financial planning, forecasting, and follow-up. Integrated with project portfolio management, this transformation was deployed across a commercial business area consisting of more than 15 global departments.
By replacing a functional, silo-based approach with driver-based metrics, the organization would achieve full alignment between strategic goals and financial execution.
